TUBE BENDING BY COMPUTERIZED BENDING MACHINE:
In all our tube bending, we use state-of-the-art Computerized Tube
Bending Machine. Its bending is so precise that tolerance for error is
almost nil. The bending drawings that comes from ACAD drawing were
input into the computer , and the machine will do precisely what is
expected.
LOW TEMPERATURE MIG WELDING WITH Co2 :
All welding works specially for pressure parts are being done using low-temperature MIG welding with Co2 as medium in order not to disturb/affect the tensile quality of the tubes. Our welding procedures and design won’t affect the durability and elasticity of the tube materials which translates to longer life span of the tubes.
